Samiullah Muqbel is the Human Resource Manager at the Afghanistan Cricket Board. Born on October 28, 1991, in Paktia province, he holds an MBA and has nine years of experience working with various organizations.

Mr. Muqbel is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, training and development, and ensuring alignment between employees’ objectives and organizational strategy.

He is equally responsible for managing compensation, rewards, HRMIS and documentation, fostering a positive organizational culture, ensuring compliance with labor laws and policies, and handling disciplinary investigations to support overall organizational goals.

Mr. Muqbel believes that joining the ACB has enabled him to be part of a vibrant team of young, energetic, and talented professionals, all committed to their work with remarkable dedication and enthusiasm.
