HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTER

The National High-Performance Center aims to produce quality cricketers and train technical staff to meet the current and future challenges of international cricket.

Facilities

Kabul National Cricket Stadium

Kabul National Cricket Stadium, also known as the Kabul International Cricket Ground, is the main cricket stadium in Afghanistan and serves as the home of the Afghanistan Cricket.

Guest House

The guest house is one of the key facilities managed by the High-Performance Center at the Afghanistan Cricket Board.

Game Zone

As part of the Afghanistan Cricket Board’s High-Performance Center, the Game Zone was established in 2025 to serve as a dedicated entertainment and relaxation space for the national and domestic players.

Kabul Cricket Academy

The Outdoor Academy is one of the facilities at the High-Performance Center, located within the Kabul National Cricket Stadium.

Fitness Center

A well-maintained gym like this is vital for preparing elite players and ACB is proud to support its cricketers with such a professional setup.

Rehab Center

The National High-Performance Center is responsible for looking at the importance of players' injury rehabilitation and providing facilities to players.

Performance Analysis Course

ACB's High-Performance Center organized a two-day Performance Analysis Course attended by coaches from various academies across the country.

Elementary Masseurs Course

ACB conducted a three-day workshop on massage therapy to train professional massagers for domestic cricket across the country.

ACB Level Two Coaching Course

ACB's High-Performance Center completed a Level Two Coaching Course in Kabul from 2 to 7, 2024, and featured 30 top-performing Level One coaches.

Physiotherapist Level One Course

The ACB's High-Performance Center (HPC) conducted a Level One Physiotherapist Course in Kabul from July 27-30, 2024, and provided essential training to participants.

ACB Level One Coaching Course

The ACB's High-Performance Center hosted a Level One Coaching Course in Jalalabad, Nangarhar, from February 5 to 10, 2024, which saw the participation of 25 First-Class Cricketers.

Refresher Course for Academy Coaches

ACB's HPC unit organized a Coaches Refresher Course in Kabul, which was held from 14-15 December 2023, and featured over 20 coaches representing both national and private cricket academies.

Elementary Curator's Course

The Afghanistan Cricket Board's HPC Unit organized a comprehensive four-day Elementary Curator's Course from December 18 to 21, 2023, in Kabul, which featured 39 curators from various provinces across the country.

Strength and Conditioning Level One Course 2023

ACB held a four-day Strength and Conditioning Level One Course in Kabul from December 23 to 26, 2023

ACB - ICC Level Three Coaching Course 2023

The ACB, in close coordination with the ICC, held its first-ever Level 3 coaching course in May 2023, which featured twelve Afghan coaches who successfully completed the evaluations.
